Job Responsibility: Train retailers & promoters on new products, provide Soft Skills training to promotor Capture product feedback from both consumers and retailers and share the same Ensure the upkeep of company’s asset like shop board, In shop and SIS at Retail outlet Identification of outlets for LAVA Retail Executive(In Shop Promoters) deployment Responsible for appointment, training, Skill development & productivity of LREs Manage LRE profitability and Life cycle Verify placement of stocks as per the norms and ensure the proper placement and utilization of DEMOs and Dummies handsets at Retail outlet Ensure scheme communication and enrollment of respective retailer New product launch market activity Ensure accuracy of universe data by benchmarking and auditing
